A. Denise's Story
My Time line... Well I moved to Delray Bch for junior and senior year... then met my first husband... moved back to Ft. Lauderdale, then got married in 85.. had a son Kenny in nov 85... He was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis in June of 86 along with my mother who was diagnosed and lost her battle with cancer ion Oct 1, 86... I moved to Maine with a very sick baby in August of 86... Left my husband in Feb 87... Married my now husband 6-18-88... we had our first daughter Kassandra Feb 92... then another daughter, MaKayla 8-15-94... I homeschooled my children due to my beliefs and my son's illness... I am very involved in my church... canning, sewing, gardening, and crafts... But that all ended when my son needed a liver transplant and recieved one Feb 6 2000... we lived mostly in Boston ...Expand for more
to be near the hospital until his death Sept 17, 2001... It was a trying time and the girls faired well... My son was a true child of faith... and I was blessed to have him in my life... Every day is a gift...
I am now living in Alfred, Maine... with my 2 daughters and going through a divorce after a 20 year marriage... He just didn't want to be married anymore. I am growing and learning everyday... my girls are still in school and are an inspiration... I love everyday, somethings are harder than others but I am true to my faith and know My God gives me only what I can Handle... I am looking forward to my newest Chapter...
I guess that is it in a nut shell... no career, except the privlege of raising and being there for my children!
